Where can the Gift Card be used?
The Total Rewards® Discover Network® Gift Card is accepted at over 30 participating Bucky’s Express® locations in the Omaha and Council Bluffs area where Discover Network Cards are accepted. The card must be used inside the Bucky’s Express station when paying for your purchase.
The Total Rewards Gift Card is also accepted at participating merchant locations designated by Harrah’s Operating Company that accept Discover Network Cards. The Gift Card can not be used on the casino floor. Cards are not accepted at ATMs, for reservations, gambling or money dispensing
locations. At Harrah’s or Horseshoe, visit the Gift Shop or the Total Rewards Center for a complete list of participating partners.
What Gift Card denominations are available?
Gift cards are available in $20, $25, $50, $75 and $100 denominations.
Where are the Gift Cards available?
A Gift Card can be acquired at Harrah’s Council Bluffs and Horseshoe Council Bluffs Gift Shops.
How do I obtain a Gift Card?
You can use your Reward Credits or cash to acquire a Gift Card.
Therefore you can redeem: - 4,000 Reward Credits for a $20 Gift Card
- 5,000 Reward Credits for a $25 Gift Card
- 10,000 Reward Credits for a $50 Gift Card
- 15,000 Reward Credits for a $75 Gift Card
- 20,000 Reward Credits for a $100 Gift Card
- If you choose to use cash, $1 cash = $1 on the Gift Card
Can the Gift Cards be redeemed for someone other than me?
Of course! Total Rewards Gift Cards make wonderful gifts and are available using Reward Credits, credit/debit cards or cash/check.
How do I use the Gift Card to make a purchase?
Inform the cashier of the available balance or amount to charge to the Gift Card. An additional form of payment may be required to complete the transaction if funds are insufficient to cover the purchase. The merchant will then process the card as a Discover Network Card.

How do I return a purchase made with a Gift Card?
Keep the purchase receipt and Gift Card to make a return. Return policies ary at every store. If the merchant issues a credit to the Gift Card, these unds will not be available for approximately three to five (3-5) business ays. Gift Cards themselves may not be redeemed, returned or exchanged
for cash except as required by law.
Registering a Gift Card
Upon receipt, cardholders should register their Gift Card at www.mycardinfo.discovernetwork.com in order to receive a replacement ard should their card be lost, stolen or damaged. Some restrictions
apply. See Cardholder Agreement.
Can I add funds to the current amount on my Gift Card?
Gift Cards are not reloadable. If you would like an additional card, you can edeem your Reward Credits or pay cash for a new Gift Card.
What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Please call 1.866.594.2082 immediately to prevent unauthorized use of he Gift Card. Be ready to give the Gift Card number, CID code (found on he back of the Gift Card) and any other identifying information about the ccount. If you have registered the Gift Card online, you may receive a
replacement card containing the remaining balance less the applicable fee.
Does my Gift Card expire?
Although the funds on the Gift Card never expire, the Gift Card will become unusable after the Valid Thru date printed on the front of the card. A replacement card for the available funds, less applicable fee, must be requested within 90 days of expiration by calling 1.866.594.2082.
Are there any service fees?
Except where such fees are limited or prohibited by law, a servicing fee of $2.50 per month will be charged starting in the 13th month after date of card activation.
